My two deposits are not credited

Dear AskGamblers Team,

​I have made two successful deposits via UPI, but neither of them has been credited to my account balance yet. The money has been deducted from my bank account.

​I have attached both payment screenshots as proof.

Please verify the UTR numbers with your payment gateway and credit the total amount to my account as soon as possible.

​I am filing this formal complaint against 4rabet Casino regarding unresolved deposit issues on my account (Email: indalk­uma­rsi­ngh­619­6@g­mai­l.com, UUID: ee9741­0a-­269­f-4­fd7­-a0­b6-­6e1­e45­0a2­0ac).
​Please note that out of my three missing deposits, the casino has recently credited the ₹14,000 transaction to my gaming balance. However, the other two issues remain completely unresolved, and the casino support has not provided a proper solution.
​Here are the specific details of the remaining 2 deposit cases:
​1. Uncredited Deposit of ₹9,999.47 (Ticket: SUP-1589754)
​Transaction Date: 29 Jun 2026
​UTR / UPI Ref No: 209623871015
​Receiver Name: PARVATHAMMA
​Status: This deposit is successful from my bank via Paytm, but the casino claims they have not received it yet. My uploaded bank statement clearly shows this deduction.
​2. Failed Deposit Refund Delay of ₹7,099.99 (Ticket: SUP-1570276)
​Transaction Date: 22 Jun 2026
​UTR / UPI Ref No: 309030777639
​Receiver Name: Sandip Arun Kakad
​Status: The casino confirmed this deposit failed and promised a refund within 10 business days. I am uploading my bank statement to show that no such refund has been credited back to my bank account so far.
​I am uploading my official Bank Statement along with the two Paytm successful receipts (Files: 1000010614.jpg and 1000009086.jpg) as solid proof that the funds left my account.
​I request AskGamblers to intervene so that 4rabet Casino credits my pending deposit (₹9,999.47) and resolves the refund for the failed one (₹7,099.99).

We have reviewed your cases and can confirm that deposit SUP-1570276 (UTR 309030777639) for ₹7,099.99 was verified by the payment provider and marked as Failed. The funds will be automatically returned to your account within 10 business days, and only 7 business days have passed so far. Regarding deposit SUP-1578915 (UTR 309222898011) for ₹14,000, please provide a bank statement covering the period from the deposit date up to the current date. I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. The transaction details are UTR: 380962924583 and reference SUP-1506861.


I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.


It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.


I request that my deposit of 13,999 INR linked to UTR: 380962924583 and SUP-1506861 be resolved immediately by either crediting the amount to my 4rabet account or processing a full refund to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and assurance that such an issue will not be repeated in the future.
