Issue with deposit

I had a very disappointing experience with 4rabet regarding my deposit issue. My payment was successfully debited from my bank account through the QR code provided by their platform, but even after 3 days the amount is still not credited to my wallet.

I provided all proofs including bank statement, transaction details, and UTR number, yet support keeps giving repeated delays and generic responses instead of a proper resolution. Their payment provider is also unresponsive.

As a customer, it is frustrating to wait this long for funds that were successfully transferred. I request 4rabet to resolve deposit issues faster and take proper responsibility for their payment system instead of making customers suffer for days.

I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. The transaction details are UTR: 380962924583 and reference SUP-1506861.


I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.


It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.


I request that my deposit of 13,999 INR linked to UTR: 380962924583 and SUP-1506861 be resolved immediately by either crediting the amount to my 4rabet account or processing a full refund to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and assurance that such an issue will not be repeated in the future.
