Deposit was not credited or refunded back

I made a deposit on 1st April 2026 of INR 50000 to my 4ra Bet account, but the amount has not been credited yet. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have not received any proper resolution or clear response.
I have already attached all required transaction details, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request assistance in resolving this matter, either by crediting the deposited amount to my account or issuing a full refund as soon as possible.
