I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.
