Deposit not credited or refunded back
I deposited 5000, and it was a unique payment of 4999.33 with the payment note, and they say it is still not received.
They tell then to wait for 10 days for a refund. After 10 days, you say to contact your bank.
I want to know what the bank will do for a successful transaction. The main reason is that you rely on the payment provider. The payment provider defrauds you and you frauds with people deposit. We are providing all the proofs and what you are providing. The payment provider bank rejected the chargeback, and you are telling me to contact the bank.
Whydon't you just provide the bank statement of the payment provider and show me that you are right? You guys just blame us. I will not play anymore on your sites as you guys cheat us.
I contacted my bank they clearly told me that the merchant has rejected the chargeback and they cannot return my money. You can easily say, contact your bank. If it is true, please provide the JKB bank statement of that merchant.
