Deposit not credited in wallet

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deposit of ₹5,500 made on 27 March 2026 at 03:00 PM via UPI, which has been successfully debited from my bank account but has not been credited to my 4rabet wallet till now.

Transaction Details:

- Amount: ₹5,500

- UTR Number: 399666411439

- Payment Method: UPI (Paytm)

- Receiver: Gaiz Enterprises

This delay is unacceptable as the transaction is already marked as successful from my bank side. I have also attached proof of payment for your verification.

I request you to immediately:

1. Credit the amount to my 4rabet account, OR

2. Initiate a full refund to my original payment source

If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate the matter by filing complaints with my bank, UPI authorities, and cyber crime department for further action.

Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve my issue without further delay.

I strongly disagree with your response. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account on 27th last month, and I have already provided valid proof including bank statement and UTR number (399666411439). You cannot simply mark it as “failed” without ensuring the refund is completed.

It has been a long delay, and I have still not received my money back. This is unacceptable. If the transaction is marked as failed from your side, then the refund must be processed immediately.

I request you to take this matter seriously and provide a clear update on the refund status with a confirmed timeline. If the refund is not processed then I will be forced to escalate this issue further through my bank, NPCI, and legal/cyber authorities.

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and confirm the refund.

It's already been a month they have failed the payment but it's successful transfer to them I have send my bank statement also now they are saying that it will refund it's already been a month I want my money back don't scam people
