I am writing this complaint because 4raBet Casino has not credited my deposit of 50k for the last 5 days.
I have constantly been asking for updates, but they keep giving me the same automated response.
At one point, a support agent told me that the funds had not been received.
I am attaching all the necessary proofs required for you to investigate and have my deposit credited immediately.
This is extremely unprofessional behaviour, and they also do not respond to my emails for days.
