Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

The case was thoroughly reviewed from our side. After receiving the player’s bank statement, all relevant details were forwarded to the payment provider for additional verification. Following this review, the payment provider once again confirmed that the transaction was failed and that the funds were not credited to the casino’s account.
As the deposit was not successfully completed and the funds never reached our side, we unfortunately have no technical ability to process the deposit or issue a refund. At this stage, the situation is fully under the control of the player’s bank and the payment system involved.
We fully understand the player’s frustration due to the waiting time. However, once a transaction is confirmed as failed by the payment provider, the return of funds is handled directly by the bank according to their internal procedures and timelines, without involvement from the merchant.
We kindly recommend that the player contacts their bank directly to clarify the status of the funds and expedite the resolution from their side. We remain available to provide any confirmation or information required by the bank if needed.
Taking into account that the transaction was confirmed as failed and the funds were not credited to the casino, we believe that the casino has fulfilled all possible actions within its responsibility and cannot further influence the outcome of this case.
