I would like to lodge a complaint against 4RABET regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my withdrawal request of INR 20,000, which was initiated on 07-06-2026.


Despite submitting all the documents requested by their support team, I have been receiving the same generic response for the past 10 days without any resolution or clear explanation. The withdrawal remains pending, and the support team has failed to provide a satisfactory update on the status of my funds.


I request your intervention in this matter and ask that 4RABET be directed to process my withdrawal immediately or provide a valid reason for the delay.

This response is exactly the issue I have been facing for the last 10 days. I have already contacted your support team multiple times, provided my registered email address, account details, withdrawal information, Account Statement, Bank Formal Letter, and every other document requested by your team.

Despite having all the required information, I continue to receive the same generic responses without any meaningful update on my withdrawal request of INR 20,000 submitted on 07-06-2026.

What is even more concerning is that your support agents repeatedly close chats without prior intimation whenever I request a concrete timeline or escalation. Instead of addressing the actual issue, I am continuously being redirected to the same support channels where no resolution is being provided.
Please stop sending automated or template responses and provide a clear status update on my withdrawal, the reason for the delay, and a definite timeline for releasing my funds. If there is any specific issue with my account or withdrawal request, please state it explicitly.

I expect an immediate resolution rather than another request to contact support and repeat the same information that has already been provided multiple times.

I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. The transaction details are UTR: 380962924583 and reference SUP-1506861.


I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.


It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.


I request that my deposit of 13,999 INR linked to UTR: 380962924583 and SUP-1506861 be resolved immediately by either crediting the amount to my 4rabet account or processing a full refund to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and assurance that such an issue will not be repeated in the future.
