Complaint against 4rabet since deposit not credited for 24 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against 4rabet Casino regarding a serious issue I am facing.

On 29 july 2025, I made a deposit of 5000 INR successfully from my Indian paytm wallet account at 22:14 pm into my 4rabet account. Unfortunately, even after 24 days, the deposit has still not been credited to my account. I contacted their support team and, as per their request, I provided my bank statement 10–12 days ago to verify the transaction. However, the status continues to remain “under review,” and I have received no further response or resolution from them.

This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects poor handling of customer funds. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no transparency or timely action from 4rabet.

I request you to kindly take strict and necessary action against 4rabet Casino for withholding my deposit and not addressing the issue even after providing all required documents.

I look forward to your prompt action and support in resolving this matter.

Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

I would like to inform you that this deposit is pending since July 2025 and the payment was made successfully. I am attaching the transaction proof which clearly shows “Paid Successfully” with full merchant details.

Since the payment was successful and credited to the merchant mentioned above, it is not acceptable to say that you are unable to provide proof or assist further.
If 4raBet claims the funds were not received, then please provide official confirmation from your payment gateway/provider in the form of:
Payment gateway status report / reconciliation report for this UTR
Proof that the payment was failed/reversed/not settled
Any official trace report showing where the funds went
Also, AskGamblers requested the required documents from your side around 2 weeks ago, but you have still not provided them.
I request you to urgently resolve this by either: ✅ crediting the deposit to my 4raBet account OR
✅ processing a refund back to the source account.

we would like to provide an update and clarification regarding the mentioned case.

We have once again thoroughly reviewed our systems and payment records. Based on the results of this additional verification, we can confirm that the funds were not credited to the company’s account. As the transaction was not successfully completed and the funds never reached our platform wallet, we do not have the technical ability to process a refund or provide a screenshot confirming the cancellation of the operation, as the payment is not reflected on our side.
Given these circumstances, the only possible resolution in this case is for the player to contact their bank directly and request a return of funds using the UTR. Since the funds were never received by our platform, we are unable to influence or control the refund process.
As the matter is fully handled by the player’s bank and the payment system involved, we kindly ask that the case be reconsidered and closed due to the objective impossibility of any further actions from the side of 4raBet.

I am ready to cooperate fully and I can provide my correct bank details for refund processing.
However, before I share my bank details, please provide proper refund evidence as your message does not include any verifiable proof.
Kindly share the following:
Refund / return transaction reference number (ARN / RRN / UTR)
Date & time when the refund was initiated
Screenshot / confirmation from your payment provider/bank showing the refund attempt and exact failure reason
The beneficiary details (masked) that you tried to refund to (last 4 digits of account)
Also please clarify:
If the bank account was “invalid”, then how was the deposit accepted successfully using the same banking details?
My bank confirms that no refund has been received and no refund is showing as initiated. They require ARN/RRN/UTR to track any pending refund.
Once you provide the above proof, I will immediately share my correct bank details so you can process the refund without delay.
