Account permanently closed after verification issue, no evidence provided
I completed all bonus wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal. After submitting verification, I was not given another opportunity to retry KYC. Instead, my account was permanently banned.
The operator has cited general rule violations such as fraud and collusion but has not provided any specific evidence or explanation.
I confirm that I did not intentionally violate any rules. If there was any technical issue or device overlap, it was not done with malicious intent.
I respectfully request a fair manual review of my case and a detailed explanation of the alleged violation. I am fully willing to complete identity verification again.
