I am writing this review after repeated failures to get my deposit credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my bank account.

On 10 August 2026, I completed two separate deposits via UPI to the assigned payment receiver details provided by 4rabet:

Both transactions were debited successfully from my bank accounts, and the UTR numbers confirm successful delivery to the recipient. Despite the payment being completed, neither amount was credited to my 4rabet balance, nor was any reverse credit initiated back to my accounts.

I request 4rabet management to immediately trace these two UTR numbers with their payment gateway/merchant and either credit the full ₹49,998.85 to my wallet or process an immediate refund back to the source bank accounts.

4Rabet 100000 INR Withdrawal Not Received for Over 90 Days

I am submitting a complaint against 4Rabet regarding a 100000 INR withdrawal that has remained unresolved for more than 90 days.
I am a long-term 4Rabet customer and a VIP 7 member.
My 100000 INR withdrawal has never been credited to my bank account.

The withdrawal has been showing as Paid Out or Processed, but the money has not reached my bank account and has not been returned to my 4Rabet gaming balance.
I have contacted 4Rabet support repeatedly for more than 90 days. I have also contacted my account manager. They continue to tell me that the withdrawal is under investigation, being processed, or being handled by the finance or payment provider team.
Even yesterday and today, I contacted 4Rabet support and received the same type of response that the withdrawal is still being processed or investigated.
I have already provided my bank statement showing that this 100000 INR withdrawal was not received. 4Rabet has confirmed that they received my bank proof.
Despite this long delay, 4Rabet has not provided me with a UTR, RRN, valid transaction reference, payment provider details, exact payment date and time, or verifiable proof that the money was successfully transferred to my bank.
I am no longer asking for another generic investigation update.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining a concrete resolution from 4Rabet.
If the 100000 INR was successfully transferred to my bank, I request 4Rabet to provide verifiable transaction proof, including the UTR or RRN, payment provider details, transaction date and time, and destination details.
If the payment was not successfully completed, I request that the full 100000 INR be returned to my 4Rabet gaming balance.
I am attaching my withdrawal screenshot, recent and previous 4Rabet chat screenshots, bank statements, and relevant support ticket or email correspondence as evidence.

I am submitting a complaint regarding two deposits that were successfully completed from my bank account, but the casino has not properly credited/resolved the deposited funds.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a ₹5,000 deposit that I attempted to make to my 4RABET casino account on 13 September 2026 at approximately 10:35 PM.

I initiated a ₹5,000 deposit through 4RABET. During the payment process, the payment provider showed the amount payable as ₹4,999.64 instead of ₹5,000. I followed the payment instructions provided by the payment provider and successfully paid the displayed amount of ₹4,999.64 through UPI using Paytm.

The payment was successfully completed, and the amount of ₹4,999.64 was debited from my bank account.

The payment was made to the following details displayed by the payment provider:

I therefore request that 4RABET investigate this transaction with its payment provider and credit the ₹5,000 deposit to my casino wallet.

4rabet Denied 1000 INR Spin Marathon Real Cash Prize Despite Mission Completion

I am a regular player on 4rabet (UUID: 6fa82c35-f456-4888-8baf-3b3e2e1d6953).

I participated in the weekly "Spin Marathon" mission, which requires completing 2000 spins within a week to receive a 1000 INR Real Cash Prize. I successfully completed all 2000 spins playing "777 Gems" and "Casino Strike" slots. My in-app mission progress bar clearly showed "2000/2000 Spins Completed." However, after the mission week ended and reset, the 1000 INR cash prize was not credited to my main balance.

Initially, the support team acknowledged in the chat that my mission was successfully completed with 2000 spins and stated that a detailed investigation was underway. However, they later abruptly changed their statement via email, claiming that the reward was deactivated because I did not meet a "₹40,000 wagering requirement."

This is a completely false and fabricated excuse to deny my payout.

The Spin Marathon is strictly a spin-count promotion, not a wagering bonus. In fact, I have successfully completed this exact same mission and received the 1000 INR real cash prize on 27th August and 10th September without any wagering conditions. I have the historical screenshots proving that I received these exact rewards previously without any such hidden terms. 4rabet is acting in bad faith and changing the promotional rules retroactively after the player has fulfilled the criteria.

I request AskGamblers to intervene, review my gameplay history logs for the 2000 completed spins, and instruct 4rabet to credit my rightful 1000 INR cash prize immediately.

I am filing a complaint against 4rabet regarding a ₹3,000 deposit that has not been credited to my 4rabet account.

I made the payment on 2 September 2026 at 07:46 PM through UPI. The payment was successfully completed, and my payment receipt clearly shows:

However, despite the successful payment, the ₹3,000 deposit has still not been credited to my 4rabet account.
I contacted 4rabet Support regarding this issue and provided the required payment proof and UTR. Initially, I was asked to wait for the investigation, and I was told that the issue could take up to 10 business days.

I waited for the requested period, but the deposit was still not credited.

After that, instead of resolving the issue, 4rabet informed me that my case had been urgently escalated. They provided the following escalation reference:

They then told me that the urgent escalation would take another 3–5 business days to review and resolve.

I have already waited a considerable amount of time for a ₹3,000 deposit that was successfully paid. I have also provided the UPI transaction proof and UTR, but the issue remains unresolved.

If 4rabet/payment provider has received the funds, please credit ₹3,000 to my 4rabet account immediately.
If the funds were not received, please provide a clear explanation and arrange a refund to the original payment source.
