35000 deposit not credited

Hi,
This is to inform you that I deposited 35000 on 27th June at 8.17pm on my 4rabet account.
It’s been 3 days now my amount is not credited in the account.

And now payment history in 4rabet account is also showing failed transaction.


I request Askgamblers to kindly interfere into this matter.

I have attached screenshot of the transaction.

I got a WhatsApp message on my registered phone from payments team saying no refund is initiated of 35000 for your account.

What is this behaviour?
Whom I should confirm that my amount is getting refunded?

I am writing to log a formal complaint against 4raBet Casino regarding a total winnings balance of ₹4,50,000 INR that the platform is currently stalling and refusing to process for withdrawal.

Background & Timeline:
Last week, I had a major winning streak on the platform which brought my total balance to ₹4,50,000 INR. Following this win, I attempted to withdraw my funds in smaller, standard installments of ₹30,000 INR and ₹40,000 INR to comply with normal transaction processing limits.

The Issue:
Every single withdrawal request I place immediately goes into a "Created" status. However, none of these requests advance to the "Processing" stage. They remain completely stuck in the "Created" phase indefinitely, well past the standard 48-hour window. New withdrawal attempts face the exact same technical halt.

Support Response:
I have contacted the platform's live chat support multiple times to resolve this issue. The support agents refuse to provide any transaction timelines, explanations, or updates. They only repeat generic, scripted responses stating that they are "working on it" without offering any actual progress or resolution.

My account is in good standing, and I am fully prepared to complete any additional KYC or verification checks if required by the security team. Stalling verified player payouts without cause or communication is a clear breach of fair gaming terms.

I request 4raBet Casino to review my account status, move my withdrawal requests into the processing phase, and release my hard-earned winnings. I am attaching screenshots of my stuck withdrawal logs and active balance for reference.

I have been a regular 4rabet user for about three years, and I am extremely disappointed with the recent issue regarding my deposit. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI deposit of 13,999 INR through PhonePe. The transaction has been pending for many days and the amount has neither been credited to my 4rabet account nor refunded to my bank. The transaction details are UTR: 380962924583 and reference SUP-1506861.


I contacted my bank by phone and was informed that the transaction was successfully processed from their side. Despite this, 4rabet’s Telegram support, email support, and other customer support channels keep sending the same repeated message that the transaction is “still in process,” without providing any real solution. I was even given a specific timeline for resolution, but that timeline has already passed and nothing has changed.


It has now been around ten days since the transaction, and I still have not received my refund or the deposit in my account. As a long‑time user, this situation has completely damaged my trust. I feel that my money is stuck without justification, and the repeated standard replies from support are very frustrating.


I request that my deposit of 13,999 INR linked to UTR: 380962924583 and SUP-1506861 be resolved immediately by either crediting the amount to my 4rabet account or processing a full refund to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay and assurance that such an issue will not be repeated in the future.
