Requesting second verification to stall payment

Hello,

I am betting on 1xbet for about 6-10 months.

First time when I tried to withdraw money I have been through online verfication process. It lasted about 1 months but finally I was able to withdraw my money, approx. 3300 Euro.

2 months later I withdraw again 2000 Euro.

For about 2 months I wanted again to withdraw money but this time they blocked my account. I wanted to withdraw 2200 Euro. They required that I send a copy of my passport and a copy of my bank statement where deposit to 1xbet is stated on. I filed the documents to 1xbet for about 1.5 months and nothing happened.

I was already verfied and they still want to verfy me by post way?????

I have send about 100 Emails and get alsways the same reply that they are waiting for my documents. 1.5 months later they are still waiting for my documents. That is rediculus.

Please could you help me with my issue as I have seen that 1xbet support is replying on your website. The online support just replys the same way to me that they are wating for my documents and after that I will be provided with further instructions .

Yes, I have sent the requested documents to the new adress for about 2 weeks. I have still not get any reply from you.

Unresolved withdrawal issue since 07 May 2026
I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with 1xBet.

On 07 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal. However, the funds never reached my bank account. Since then, I have fully cooperated with all requests from 1xBet and provided every document requested by their departments.

I have provided:

- Detailed bank statements.
- Videos showing access to my banking application.
- Additional verification videos.
- Updated bank account information.
- Photos of my identity document.
- Photos of the bank card used for deposits.

After completing all verification procedures, the Security Department informed me by email that my withdrawal restrictions had been removed.

Despite this, ticket #16556076 is still marked as "Processing", and more than one month has passed since the original withdrawal request.

Customer support repeatedly informs me that the issue is being handled by a specialized department, but no final resolution has been provided.

I respectfully request assistance in resolving this issue and clarifying the status of my funds.
Initially, the withdrawal was intended to be sent to my EUR bank account. In an effort to resolve the issue and fully cooperate with the investigation, I later provided updated TL bank account details as requested.

Despite providing the updated banking information and completing all requested verifications, the issue remains unresolved.
