2 withdrawals still ''missing''


I made a withdrawal of $510 the next day I made another withdrawal of $500. After a number of days the $500 showed up in my bank but not the $510. I thought this was very strange and got in contact with the casino.They told me I had to wait and see what happens. After quite a while and a few more withdrawals that made it through to my bank the $510 was still missing. I got told I had to wait longer as if there was a problem and the money was being returned to them it would take another 5 days. It came to that time and there was no sign of the money and I keep getting the run around and can't get a solution out of them. The part that bothered me is they said since the money had "apparently" been sent out they can't resend it. So even if I can prove it never made it to my bank showing my bank statements they wont resend the money and honor the player of their casino. Thats very disappointing. And to make it worse they seem to have stuffed up again with a $1010 withdrawal that hasn't shown up either, once again im getting told to wait. This is a joke. As far as im concerned they can't be trusted, with $1520 of my money missing and it seems like nothing is being done about it. I hope they prove me wrong and pay up. All I can do now is wait as the finance department "apparently" tries to track the money down.

The money still hasn't shown up.

Also decided to give the casino the benefit of the doubt and have a play, got absolutely raped again. I can't beleave how much things have changed in terms of my luck or lack of it.

I've had no attempts from the casino to make up for any these problems, you would think they might try and help make up for it.

I should be charging them interest on the missing money.
