Won't send me a confirmation code
I am trying to withdraw 5000 CAD from my 1xbet account, when I try to they tell me that the code has infact been sent to my sim. However after waiting for several hours and requesting new codes I never recieved a code. Their live support said to restart my phone and reinsert my sim card. Doing so didnt help. They then informed to contact their email. Once I did they requested some documents which I have provided being my passport.
They then told me to order a callback from their support over their website and they will give me a code to use over the phone to withdraw. However once I requested it and got the call back they said they cant give me a code and to contact their email again to ask for help in withdrawing. I explained this to them on email and provided them my details ie Acc username and address to deposit to as they instructed on the phone but they did not reply. I later got a reply from them 10 hours later saying to contact their callback support one more time and they will give me the code once they ask for my details on the call. I did so and they said that they confirmed my details and said to contact them on email. I explained to them the email told me to contact them to get a code and they asked if I was “sure”? I said yes and read out the email to them.
They then told me to hang up and call back in ten minutes and they will give me the code then I asked why not now and he said he cant and wont explain why. So I did what he said and called back only for him to just repeat contact their email they will process it for you.
I asked why not now and he said he cant provide me a code but the email support will process it for me? I said okay and contacted their email and they said the same thing again to contact callback support.
I have been asked multiple times to do what they say only for them to repeatedly not help me and just tell me to contact email -> phone -> email on repeat again and again. Honestly at this point I would have given up but the amount in my account is quite large at 5000 CAD so I am complaining here hoping it will get solved.
