Withholding the deposit of 7500 for 10 days
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the continued lack of resolution regarding my deposit made on April 11th via PhonePe. As previously mentioned, the payment was debited from my PhonePe account, but the funds have not been credited to my 1xBet account, and this issue has now been pending for 9 days.
I would like to make it clear that my bank has confirmed the transaction as successful. The UTR (779845025212 ) for the deposit is available, and the payee details have been provided by the bank, confirming that the funds were processed correctly.
