I've been trying to be patient but I've email the security multiple times. I've heard nothing and it's been over 10 days. Customer service says they can't help. I'm trying to withdraw my funds but keep getting denied. I expected better from a sports betting service licensed in Ireland.
This is extremely frustrating.

For withdrawal by new method, if you have already replenished and placed a bet, you need to contact the security department by email security-en@1xbet-team.com and follow their instructions to confirm the new method, after which the withdrawal will be opened to it.

First off my original email was indeed sent to the correct address for my country (Ireland). Since the original withdrawal process was so painful I don't want to do business with you anymore but now you refuse to allow me to completely withdraw. I would even take paying a fee if it meant me doing this.
I don't think that's legal in Ireland... I can confirm I got approved to withdraw €100.
