Withdrawals are marked as paid out by casino but I never recieved them in my bank account

The four withdrawals of INR 30000 ,27000, 16000, and 20000 show complete but are not credited to the bank account please check I have attached bank statements in pdf format up to 27.06.2024

All 4 of these withdrawals are marked successful by the casino on the 25th as paid out successfully after repeatedly telling them that I haven't received the funds in my bank account all they say is they have transferred the case to a specialist and I don't hear back from them. they send automated replies and ask me to attach my bank statement even when I have already attached the bank statement in the initial email they are just not bothered to even check it
After emailing them again I get an automated response followed by the same response stating that they have forwarded it to the specialist. and again asking me to attach a bank statement
I have attached the transaction history where these 4 transactions show they are requested and paid out by the casino and also have attached screenshots of conversations regarding the matter with the casino customer support.
Although unable to get an apt reply through email I tried calling them but their customer support team is extremely unprofessional and has no resolution to the matter and they are very very rude.
