Hi,
Have been in contact with 1xBet´s support for some days now because of the problems I have with my withdrawal.
I get different information depending who I´m talking to. I have now waited eight days without any payment, something is wrong here and the support does not seem to be able to help me with further information. Thats why I´m write this post here, to get some clarity.
The withdrawal was made September 21st and the amount was at 4950 SEK, which you can see below. At one point the support wanted me to send in documents to prove that no money has arrived at my bank account, which I have done.
Like so many times before, no answer this time either.
Would appreciate if I could get any help via you.
