Hello, i made some deposits at 1xbet at 14.09.2018 and managed to make a withdraw of 2000 sek. The same day my withdraw was approved to my skrill account according to my transactionhistory. But no money have showed up on my skrill account. I am in contact with the site everyday and getting a new answer everyday. I am used to that skrill is Instant. They answers i get are the following:

This is going back and forward all the days. Getting no answers, even asking them if they need any docs but they want nothing. They also told me to use another withdraw method, but thats not possible when my money i "locked" in the withdraw. Asked them to cancel my withdraw so i could make another withdraw with another options like they told me to. Got the answer that they are already approved... Just walking in circles here...

Please Askgamblers help me, 1xbet is a great site but they need to fix their support and withdraw.

Hi,

Judging by your response, you were given an answer as to when you should contact our Support.

Based on your stated date of withdrawal - 14th of September, 7 business days end on 23rd of September. I suggest you mark this particular ticket as resolved and feel free to open a new one if the money doesn't come by that time or the Support does not give you a satisfactory answer.
