I am a sapphire level account and deposit and withdraw amounts on regular basis. On 27th March 2021, I made a withdrawal request to 1xbet for a small amount and since that day till today I never know what happened to it, its not rejected but its not accepted either the status bar is empty. I tried first to chat with support but as usual they were of no use then I called them and explained the situation on their call center, they gave me an email id of their security department. I emailed them not once but thrice and there was no reply.
I think against contacted them and they again gave me another email id of their public relation department I again sent my details to them but to no use. On 2nd of April I received an email that my transaction will be completed in 7 business days and here we are after 12 days with zero progress.
It really is a frustrating experience with them. Now that I believe I have completely lost faith in 1xbet I would like others to know how unprofessional they are with dealing with such minor issues.
