Good afternoon, when I was trying to withdraw 400€ from my 1xbet account, they denied and told me to email the security team to send them some documents. I sent them all the necessary data, my national Id, my Neteller account where I was withdrawing my money, and after that, when all the documents were okay, they asked me if I have any relations with Novak Ludovic and Gaman Claudiu. I didn't know them so I said I don't.
After that, they sent me an email where they said they stop any collaboration with me and then they closed my account, with my money in it. Here are the photos with the evidence of the emails.
