I am having 1xbet account with gaming id -220463165. I placed a request of INR 50000 from 1xbet on 3rd Feb 2023 for which I got a notification that the withdrawal has been successful but I have not yet received the money.
I already sent the support team the bank statement but I am not getting any reply.
