Withdrawal of 78635 THB blocked and verification never ending

Hi,

I have been playing on 1xbet started on 23rd May 2019 and I did withdraw money without issue one time before a few days ago.

I have had a luck on Blackjack table and now my account balance is 78635.53 THB , that is a lot of money so I'm very worried when I see all the complaint with this website.

When I tried to withdraw money after my win, I saw that my withdrawal was rejected and I need to summit my ID, I contacted their support and they told me to send all ID documents to securi­ty-­en@­1xb­et.com. which they are asking me more for photo of my debit card, Bank statement, a selfie of myself holding the ID and the email conversation I had with securi­ty-­en@­1xb­et.com in the background.
They asked me to resend the photos 1 time and then they asked me what relationship I had with my friend which I introduced her to bet with your company. After that, they send email back and said that "Your data is under verification now. You will receive the answer in the nearest time". I did send email back to ask for "how long for the verification process" but the answer from them is "There is no need to multiply your messages. Please do not create lots of new mail threads, it makes the processing of your request longer. Kindly follow the initial message thread".

Today is the second day already but no answer form them then I log in to my account and I tried to withdrawn my money but now the system said "withdrawal blocked"

I'm being polite so I do not send any email to them anymore but It seems that now it almost 3 days now and no answer from them at all.

Please help me with this issue and I hope I'll be able to withdraw my money

Since player, in his post from 30th May admitted next

my friend that living together with me and she was using my computer to bet with you in Blackjack table and won.

and in the post from 2nd June

That unreasonable for one IP address but anyway for registration, we only used one IP address to sign up.

there is no other option but to confirm and justify the casino actions.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

I do understand your term and condition but how possible for one IP address? Only my self, I have 2 computers and 2 mobile devices. That unreasonable for one IP address but anyway for registration, we only used one IP address to sign up. Also, I would like to confirm with you and also everyone that reading my issue. I won money on Blackjack table and there no such advantage for multiple accounts. The reason you blocked my account is because of I'm winning your money. Thank you to @ Askgambles for your help and keep me update to this issue.
