I am writing you to complain about 1xbet unprofessional and unethical behavior.
I submitted a withdrawal request on 11th October ( transaction id 1831138201 )for an amount of INR 21000. In the 1xbet application, I got a success message on 13th October that the withdrawal had been successfully processed, but to my shock, no money was transferred to my account.
I sent the 1xbet team several emails, however after 10 - 12 emails, they gave me a random transaction ID saying that the amount had been sent to me. They asked me for the bank statement if the amount had not been received. I provided the same to them, however, they did not turn up and did not help me at all.
I am attaching my bank statement here as well for your reference. Pls, teach them a lesson for harassing their customers. I have not been able to process their behavior. I have faced this harassment and I am looking forward to your help here. Thanks.

Just to update you all, I got the amount back in my betting account today and I have again requested for a withdrawal. I thank you Askgambelers to support me here and also 1xbet to show that they are also genuine in terms of money. I had lost the trust on 1xbet Casino after this incident, but thank you again for restoring this.
