I placed a withdrawal request of rupees 10,000 a few days ago on 1xbet. Yesterday I got a notification on the app that the withdrawal has been processed but to my surprise when I checked my bank account it was not credited. Upon checking with the customer care of 1X bet, I found out that the customer care is trying to mislead me by stating that the withdrawal has been processed. I have sent them my bank account statement as well and attaching the same here to for your reference. Kindly take this as a serious complaint because it has been more than 24 hours now. As the withdrawal has not been credited to my account and I need you to contact the 1X bet team and ask them for an explanation. Why have they been doing so? Kindly note that it has not been the first incident with 1X bet. I need my withdrawal into my account as soon as possible and it can only be possible with your help because otherwise the casino won't listen to us. I'm attaching the bank statement and also the screenshot of the One x bet app notification where it clearly states that the withdrawal has been processed but the same is not reflected in my bank statement.

Listen to me now carefully. I gave you bank statements multiple times where all the details are clearly mentioned and also the statment covered all transactions until end if April'25. Coming to the next question of providing statement until today, my bank statement is not a public property to be provided to frauds like you again and again. Secondly it hasn't been the first time you have not processed the withdrawals. You can check my betting history in your platform and then you would clearly understand that you lost a profit customer. Who the hell are you to ask for my bank statement until today ( June '25 ). Did you make any payments after April'25, no. Right? How can a betting company think that I am gonna provide them my personal transaction details for May and June which has nothing to do with you. If you were reliable, you could have provided the proof if the withdrawal. But you don't have the proof and you want me to give up. @Askgambers- Even after providing the bank statement and all the details multiple times, 1xbet is again asking for another Bank statement covering transactions for the month of May and June which is highly unacceptable and hence I want here an action to be taken by you against 1xbet. They haven't shared even a single proof of the withdrawal.
