1xbet Casino - Withdrawal not complete for 22days and money not returned

I made two withdrawal requests on 1xbet on 22nd march 2021.

First one is Request №692569069 to withdraw funds in the amount of 200000.00 BDTand second one is Request №692591049 to withdraw funds in the amount of 200000.00 BDT. Both withdrawals were from 1xbet to my Airtm account.

Both requests were approved immediately by the operator. However, as of today, it is now 23 days and the status of both these requests show up as " transferring money, waiting for confirmation from operator."
 
I understand that betting sites block transactions or close accounts if they find something fishy. However, in my case that's unlikely as I am a fully legitimate and verified player and even after 22nd march 2021, I have made numerous deposits and withdrawals from my 1xbet account without any problem. If there was a problem with my account, they would not allow me to deposit or withdraw at all.

And my Airtm account is also not the problem because other withdrawals were made to that account even before 22nd march and after 22nd march from 1xbet.

It is only these two withdrawal requests that have been problematic. And to make things worse, they have stopped responding to my email queries. I have sent them at least 20 emails and they replied only twice and that too asking to explain the problem and submit screenshots. And after I submit the screenshots they don't communicate any further. However, if I mail them regarding some other issue, they quickly respond.

I have sent them all screenshots both of 1xbet and airtm. I have even sent them video screen recording of me login in to the account and scrolling through my transaction page just like they requested in one of the emails.

I hold VIP status in 1xbet so the amount of money I spend there is on the high side. Yet, I feel completely helpless and feel they don't value their customers.

I have attached 1xbet account screenshots and also my 1xbet and Airtm transaction pages.

If someone can help me with this i will really appreciate it.

1xbet has finally returned my money back to my account.

Thanknyou askgamblers for providing me with such a platform where we are heard.

To 1xbet - there was no need to delay this for over a month. It was just a simple task of lookibg at my transaction history and searching whether u actually made the transfer or not. This delay was unintentional and i hope this does not happen again.

Regardless, thank you atleast you returned the money,

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
