Detailed Description
On 23 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 via bank transfer from my gaming account.

Status in Casino Account: Completed / Successful
Date shown as completed: 23 January 2026
However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account till now.
On the same day, I also made a ₹5,000 withdrawal, which was successfully credited to my bank account. This clearly shows that my bank details are correct and working. The issue is only with the ₹50,000 withdrawal.
Communication With Support
I contacted customer support multiple times via live chat. Their responses were generic, such as:
“Please wait for final status”
“It was processed over the weekend”
“It may take up to 48 banking hours”
Despite repeated follow-ups:
No UTR / transaction reference number was provided
No bank proof of transfer was shared
The chat was closed and I was asked to rate the service even though the issue was not resolved
It has now been several days, which is unreasonable for a withdrawal already marked as “successful.”
What I Am Requesting

Obtain proof of payment (UTR / bank reference) for the ₹50,000 withdrawal, or
Ensure the immediate credit of ₹50,000 to my bank account
