Withdrawal marked successful but not credited in my bank account

On 9th September 2025 I made a withdrawal request of Rs 10000 through IMPS and it showed that it was approved from the operator
On 10th September it showed that the withdrawal was successful.. so
I checked my bank account but the amount was not reflecting in it
The very same time I contacted 1xBet customer support regarding this issue and they told me that we are forwarding your concern to the payment specialists.
They asked me for my bank statements from the day of withdrawal till the day it showed successful.
I provided them with the bank statement in pdf format and they were like now wait till we get an update..
It’s been 4 days there is no update regarding this issue and when we a contact the customer support time they just keep saying we are still working on it and just end the chat
What kind of customer support is this??
And how long does it take to understand what’s the problem
Plus they are not providing with any time frame for the matter to get resolved or for any update..
I need my funds on an urgent basis.
Why should I beg for my own money??
Please get on this matter as soon as possible
