Withdrawal marked as successful but amount credited in bank account

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue that remains unresolved.
I made a withdrawal request of ₹3800 on 15/03/2026. The transaction status was updated as “successful” on 16/03/2026. However, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account as of today.

I have already raised a support ticket with the platform, but it was closed without any proper resolution. Additionally, I have contacted chat support multiple times, but I am only receiving generic responses without any clear explanation or progress on my issue.
For your reference, I have attached the following documents:
Bank statement showing that the amount has not been credited

I kindly request you to investigate this matter and assist me in resolving it at the earliest. Please ensure that the issue is properly reviewed and the pending amount is credited to my account.
