Withdrawal delayed despite fulfilling conditions
Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am submitting a formal complaint against 1xBet due to the platform blocking my withdrawal attempts without providing a clear justification.
I deposited 40,000 COP from my Nequi account but decided not to continue betting and tried to withdraw my money. I made a minimal bet, as per their policy, but the system still blocks any withdrawal attempt. I have not claimed or accepted any bonus. My only intention is to withdraw my own money.
Attached you will find:
- Screenshots of the repeated withdrawal errors (“Withdrawals are not available”).
- A screenshot showing the system requires a deposit before allowing withdrawal.
- A screenshot of the email I sent to 1xBet support demanding an explanation and resolution.
I urgently request:
1. That I be allowed to withdraw my deposited funds.
2. That the exact reason for the withdrawal block be provided in writing.
3. That I not be forced to wager more in order to release my funds.
If I don’t receive a fair and prompt resolution, I will escalate this matter to Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio and share it publicly.
