My Withdrawal of Inr 8000 is still pending since May, 13th 2022.
Also several deposits via UPI on my account earlier this months were debited but not refunded back in to my bank account. I have attached screenshots in attachments.
Despite several efforts contacting customer care sending emails, ticket ID 19440865, Ticket id 18584544, ticket id 18546166, ticket id 18534500 ticked id 1829100, I have not received any response or resolution hence I have no option but to submit my complaint here.
I have attached screenshots of all UPI payments and bank statement showing the details.

If the funds are not returned to you within 14 banking days, please contact the Support Service via email info-ind@1xbet-team.com.email and send them your bank statement for the entire period. They'll check all the information and provide you with the answer
