Withdrawal completed but amount not received in the bank account
I withdrawaled 30k on 26th April 2022 from my gaming account 405650643 and I got confirmation that the amount withdrawal was successful but the amount was not received in my bank account and I contacted 1xbet on call(as chat or emails are not responsive) and they told to share the bank statement via email, which I did and waited for almost a week.
After a week I called again to check the status and they shared a RR number and told me that the amount has already been transferred from their end and with the given rr number I need to check the status with my bank. I went to the bank and they shared that there is no amount showing received with that rr number. Then, I called them again and told what was told to me by the bank. Then, they told me to share an email from the bank or on letter that there is no amount showing of 30k with the same rr number received in my bank account. I again went to the bank and told everything, somehow there were ready to send an email to confirm all this with cc to me. After sending the email, I called 1xbet again that an email was sent to you by the bank with cc to me confirming that there is no amount received the the given rr number to my bank account but they told me to share it in letter format and email will not be accepted (however first person told me earlier to share it via email or via letter from the bank).
I again went to the bank today but now, they refused to share any letter with such format as they have already sent email to me and to 1xbet confirming all they wanted.
