Withdrawal blocked and ignored by CS

I have been ignored for three days after attempting a standard withdrawal. I have of course won more than I deposited. I have sent my identification. I've emailed security multiple times. I am withdrawing using the same method as how I deposited. I am following all rules and have no other accounts at this casino. I believe their plan is to ignore me and hope to keep my money.

In our casino, registering friends and acquaintances is not prohibited. However, just like in all other casinos, it is not allowed to have multiple accounts that use the same address, device, IP address, or card/wallet, as well as within the same family. Each person and their account must meet these criteria individually. In your case, there is a clearly documented fact that you made deposits from a wallet that was also used on another gaming account, and the wallet owner shares your last name.

We do not have shady rules; the full list of rules is always available in open access to all players, both registered and not, in the "Terms and Conditions" section. When registering, you also confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to follow them.

If accounts were merged, funds from one account could be transferred to the remaining gaming account, but in the case of rule violations regarding multi-accounting, the account may be blocked with winnings annulled and the possibility of withdrawing the deposit amount if it has not been withdrawn previously.

It is also noteworthy that you have now admitted that you have and want to publish some evidence about two accounts belonging to one family (which violates rule 7.1.1), since it is logical that such materials can only be provided by having access to all accounts involved in this case.

We ask the AskGamblers team to consider this fact, as well as all the information we have previously provided via email, when making a decision. As previously mentioned, we have provided all possible data without violating personal data security rules to the AskGamblers team.

I hope you don’t mean a crypto deposit since they can be sent from an exchange from the same wallet.

If you accept deposits from the same wallet in violation of your rules and wait until one account wins, cancelling the winnings and then keeping the losses from the other, than that is fraud.

Let me explain again. Since your rule that only one person may have an account and anyone “otherwise associated” with them may not is comical considering you offer friend referral bonuses. This is predatory and just stupid.

Let’s say my family has two accounts, one has a balance of $2200 and an initial deposit of $800, IE $1400 in winnings. This was stolen but within the shady rules of the casino and all around poor sportsmanship.

Account two let’s say has a balance of $200 and an initial deposit of $700. This account was just deleted. They claimed to have “merged it”. Initial deposit and current balance are gone.

You have chosen to pocket the $500 in losses and pocket the $1400. This is not permitted by any regulations and is theft. You can either ban me and my family and refund the beta or return the deposits, not half and half. There is proof of this and I will post it here.

To anyone reading this see above for all the various predatory practices of this casino and be aware that they can cancel your winnings and keep your losses at their discretion (the way that most increases their bottom line and literally has nothing to do with security or any kind of regulation)

Do not bother making an account here as there are many other options that will actually pay you if you manage to win and allow you to bet with your friends and family. I will post more proof here today and this will be reported to the gaming board in Curaçao because you have irritated the wrong guy. A casino isn’t permitted to pick and choose the bets they want to refund and cancel even if their customer breaks a rule.

Don’t worry about me returning as I have zero desire to play on your casino anymore. Turns out there are other options that actually pay their customers when they win. It’s already rigged and when you ban and cancel any winners it’s just a joke at that point.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
