I submitted a withdrawal request of 495.00 TND on 25.09.2025 at 18:26 through the electronic payment method (Binance Pay).
As of 28.09.2025 at 14:27, after 3 days, the amount is still pending in the account as shown in the attached screenshot. Its status appears as:
"Approved (please wait to receive the final status from the payment system)"
I have not received any notification of the transaction being completed.
Note: I have successfully completed other withdrawals after this request, except for this one, which has remained pending.
