I made a withdrawal of 100 SGD from 1xBet on 28h of December, 20212. In the 1xBet mobile app, I received a notification saying the money has been transferred to my wallet. I, however, have not received any money as of yet. I'd appreciate it, if you would look into this and transfer me the 100 SGD at the earliest.
I have sent them an email before with my bank transaction history to show no payment were received and they replied that it has been approved and settled on their end. I have replied them to ask for their proof or any evidence of transfer but they have yet to get back to me. It has been more than 72 hours and it should not take longer than this.
I wish to remain anonymous (my name and my email) and hope AskGamblers and 1xBet representative respect that wish of mine. I will cooperate, in every way possible and have attached all the required documents with this email which will make it efficient to solve this issue

support replied that the have credited my account back with the $100 sgd as the withdrawal was not successful. I have tried to make another withdrawal request. hopefully it will go through this time. I will close this complaint for now but if the next withdrawal will have an issue, i will be back again. Hopefully not. Cheers!
