Withdrawal approved but not processed

Hi i have made withdrawl on 28.1.2021., the status got changed to approved within mins., but further clicking to check the status it displayed " Transferring money awaiting operator confirmation " Which has not changed for more than 5 days where in other withdrawls before and after the one which has issues are all processed . 1x bet consultants online and via telegram don't understand the issues at all very late replying time only five consultants name pops up all the time and everyone replies like 40 mins once and that too it's " How may I help you" . And really ironic thing is that they asked me to send bank statement stating the payment was approved and sent even though it means as incomplete in the status. My account I'd is 244909889., I have mailed in the details to info-ind, public relations., only public relations have replied . Four days since mail sent to info-ind none replied. Having issues some tech problems happens all the time but support is just for a name sake to show off I guess no one is there to support really . , till now I haven't recieved the payment and I am completely worried. Poor support I've ever recieved. My money is not processed., they have to find the issue and resolve it but people at support don't even understand and asks bank statements for astropay withdrawl.

1xbet has a good reputation for being big but poor support and response like this will take the reputation to the floor. Worst support agents kunal, nilesh another two or three but all time same names no response.

Withdraw twice on Aug 6

Reference # 5134211985 amounting to 1287.06 was successful and received

However Reference # 5134246773 amounting to 16000 was successful but I did not receive it

I already sent them an email of my transaction history PDF as well as a screen recording of my transaction in the Gcash App which confirms that I did not receive the 16000

I've also created a ticket with my bank, and according to my bank the transaction receipt they sent me with the reference number could not be found on their side. This just means that the payment did not go through and 1xbet did not give me my money

I have also sent them my transaction history 24 hours before the withdrawal date and 72 hours after the withdrawal date showing that I did not indeed receive the 16000 and yet they still kept telling me that the withdrawal was successful

I have been in contact with 1xbet everyday since August 6 and still have not received my money even if I sent everything they were asking for

Clearly 1xbet does not want to acknowledge that it is their fault and they don't want to let me withdraw my money

I am filing this complaint regarding a 1,942 USDT withdrawal from my 1xBet account.

On 08.08.2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,942 USDT via TRC20 to the following wallet address:

According to my 1xBet transaction history, the withdrawal request was made at approximately 20:27 and was subsequently marked as successfully completed at 20:35.

However, I have never received the 1,942 USDT in my wallet.

I have checked the wallet transaction history carefully, and there is no incoming transaction for 1,942 USDT corresponding to this withdrawal. I am attaching a screenshot of my wallet transaction history as evidence.

The concerning part is that 1xBet has marked the withdrawal as completed, despite the funds not arriving at the destination wallet.

I request that 1xBet provide the following:

1. The TRON blockchain transaction hash (TXID) for this withdrawal.
2. Confirmation of the exact destination address to which the funds were sent.
3. The blockchain timestamp and transaction details.
4. If the transaction was not actually broadcast to the blockchain, an explanation of why the withdrawal was marked as completed.
5. If the funds were sent to the stated address, proof that the 1,942 USDT was successfully transferred.

Depositing issue

I made a deposit of 85$ on 7/6 and didn't get my funds or anything near to that after a few weeks when I was checking out the query i was told by the specialist that I need to send all verifications including a screen recording of my bank application so that they can help but i picked the payment receipt and transaction advice and emailed it to them so all the information needed and necessary to approve the deposit was sent. Following that delay in deposit processing, I received an email on July 29, 2026, from [email protected].
In the email, the merchant explicitly instructed me to email them a clear view of my full 16-digit bank card number.
Demanding full, unmasked payment card details via unencrypted email is a severe security violation and creates an extreme risk of financial fraud.
Due to these predatory and insecure practices, I have refused to comply with their request. And still i have not received anything from the merchant

Unrightfully blocking account and delaying verification for 23 days

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against 1xBet regarding my account (sent to thecasino >]). My account was completely frozen on July 10th, 2026. Since then, I have been blocked from both betting and withdrawing my remaining balance of 668,447.36 CLP.

I have shown 100% cooperation with their Security Department ([email protected]) and have already provided ALL requested documents long ago. This includes my official Chilean RUT ID, a selfie holding my ID, a phone screen showing my ID, and full bank statements (Cartola Bancaria) proving my transactions.

Waiting for my money for one week

I made a withdrawal on Monday, 20/07, and I am still waiting for my money.

It's not my first time cashing out. I can say that I could be a VIP member cause I play every day, but I think that's not enough for them, cause many times they retained my deposits too,
