Withdrawal Amount of INR 30000 has not completed
Hello there, I am writing to formally lodge an complaint regarding my withdrawal request of Amount. 30000 INR, Which I did not receive in my bank account till now. I have placed an withdrawal request on 25-sept-2024 at 02.10 am (Indian Time) for the amount of Rs. 30000 in full. The mode of withdrawal which I choose was IMPS NEW. The withdrawal request number is 2788309019
After 20 mins at 02.30 am I received an push notification from 1xbet that my withdrawal has been completed and confirmed by operator. But since then I have not received any amount in my bank account.
I complained on 1xbet support live chat, but they did not resolve my issue and sent me same messages again and again.
So I mailed them about this issue, in turn they replied me to wait for 3 days. So I patiently waited for 3 days and then messaged them with recent Bank statement i.e (25.09.2024 till 28.09.2024) stating that I have not received the withdrawn funds to my bank account.. Then the email customer support told me that the payment has been processed so that I have to wait dor sometime.
So, I again waited patiently for 2 days and shared them an recent Bank Statement that I have not received the funds... So today I again called them, messaged them, mailed... I have tried every possible way to connect them but still my issue has not been resolved . They keep saying that my issue has been transferred to specialist and it will be resolved. I am worried about my funds.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue and would appreciate an update on the status of my withdrawal.
