I had made a withdrawal request of 33561 Rs on 17/08/2025 through Bank Transfer. Within 30 mins got a notification that your withdrawal request was successful. But the amount was not credited to my account even after 3 days and I have raised a ticket regarding this and got no resolution.
I had enquired with the bank also and they are telling the funds are not credited to your account. I have attached the updated bank statement for your reference and request that you kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.
