Withdraw marked as completed but not received in bank account

Good day Sir/ma’am,

On the 2nd of September i requested for 3 consecutive withdrawal of total of 102000 rupees which was partitioned in 3 request of 50000 rupees, 50000 rupees and 2000 rupees all destined for my bank account which i always use for my deposits and withdrawals.

I made de first request of 50000 at 1:30 am, second of another 50000 at 1:33 am and a third of 2000 rupees at 2:56 all the transactions where requested using the same withdrawal method and all destined for the same bank account and which all were approved.

After sometime in the day i got into the betting app just to see that all the 2 request of the 50000 rupees each have been successful at 07:33 and 07:34 am respectively that same day. Which nothing have been received into my bank account, i immediately contacted the support team the said from their side it shows the operation has been completed. So the requested me to send my bank statement which i did. I waited the whole day still none of the 50k reach my bank account until i had to contact my bank which they said no such amount has been send to my account on that day. So I kept on waiting till the next day while waiting for their response and also for the 2k as well.

One the 3rd of September which was the next day i got notification of the amount of 2000 rupees credited to my account but still none of the 50000 have been credited to my account. As am writing to you it’s been 25 days now am still waiting on the 100000 rupees which anytime i contact them they keep tell me they will send my money to my bank account that they have forwarded my complaint to the payment department or they will say their specialist are working on my issue.

They once said it’s was because of server of the bank had issue that i should be patient, the thing is each time i reach to them they all keep responding with the same response all the time , when i call their services all the time they keep having different operators which all say different things some said i was to receive the money within 2-3 hrs others said i will receive the next days as i complain some said the funds are still in process that their specialist are working on the issue. Like i said it’s been 25 days and each day I get the same response, they always request for my bank statement which I give to them every time from the day of the transactions till current dates.

My problem is I have always made withdrawals of all types of amount up to 6 lahks a day i have never had this problems and all my transactions are only from my bank accounts. The first day i thought the transaction amount was made by NEFT by their operator which usually takes 30mins late to get to the account because they once did that to me the money later came the same day but unfortunately this was not the case. I will attached the proofs here that’s the screenshot of the payment request so you see that all have been marked as successful from their side which only one of 2000 have been received. And also attached my bank statement from the day of withdrawal till current dates.

Today is 25th of September. Please help me with this issue because it’s really frustrating and am really disappointed with their services. For a big casino as 1xbet to be misbehaving with their clients funds.

Thanks for your time,now everything is working great, i have switched my withdrawal method to another so now withdraw is not disturbing anymore, i have succeeded in withdrawing all the money from my betting account. Thanks. At this point i can say all my issues have been resolved. So please AskGamblers team please mark this issue as resolve and thanks more for your assistance your team have really be of great help to me am very great full.

The withdrawals you previously described have been canceled, and the funds have been returned to the gaming account.

Operator refusal indicates that the withdrawal denial comes from the bank/payment system, not from our side. Possible reasons could include: incorrect bank account details provided, exceeding the monthly transfer limit to the recipient's bank account, or technical issues from the bank/payment system's end. Dear 1xbet, now am facing issues withdrawing, i don’t know why , like i said i was going to try and withdraw back the funds since you guys returned the 100000 INR back to my account. So yesterday i tried withdrawing 5000 INR it got approved but this morning i received the message that the transaction was declined by operator due to recipients details entered incorrectly, meanwhile i used my same account i have been using for my deposits and withdrawals for the past years. Here attached is the proof of what am talking about. And i just made another request of another 5k this morning after i received that rejection it has already been approved so am still waiting. Please check this issue because i use only my personal accounts for my transactions and my details are always correctly entered.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
