Withdraw amount not received to my bank account even after 12 days

I withdrawled Rs.4000 on 21/07/2024 from my gaming account 289211729 and I got confirmation message that amount withdrawal was successful but the amount was not received in my bank account and I contacted 1xbet on call(as chat or emails are not responsive) and they told to share the bank statement via email, which I did and waited for almost a week.

After a week I called again to check the status and they shared a Reference number and told me that the amount has already been transferred from their end and with the given Reference number I need to check the status with my bank. I went to the bank and they shared that there is no amount showing received with that Reference number. Then, I called them again and told what was told to me by the bank. Then, they told me to share the bank's stamped confirmation letter mentioning the UTR number that they given. I again went to the bank and told everything, they gave the stamped confirmation letter mentioning the UTR number . Then I sent that letter by the email to the 1xbet.1xbet confirmed all they wanted.

In these 30 days ,I don't receive a proper response from 1x bet operators even 1 day, they are just saying we are not from payment department.
Then why are you not mentioned an option to contact payment department.
From last 30 days every day I am receiving the same answer"we are not from payment department".
My money not credited to my bank account and even there is no proper response from this casino operators,,

You don't have control on payment department, right !,,then why are you playing with other people lives,,,any bank issue resolves within 7 working days ,but your payment department takes 30 days time and till now there is no proper response. If you don't have control over your payment department then why are you managing all this casino,go and do another work.,, don't say apologies to get sympathy,if you don't your work sincearly,then why my amount not received to my bank account even after 30 days.

And my sincere request to all 1xbet user's is to remove from this casino and join any other casino except 1xbet,,,1x bet casino is stealing user's money and blames payment issue,bank issue,etc...,,,

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
