Waiting 6 Days For A Simple Deposit


I could go on for multiple paragraphs on this issue as it is simply and merry go round of lies. The 1xbet customer service blatantly lies asking for the same information over and over. Then after a few days of this nightmare, they tell you they never received any email attachments.

On top of all of this, they simply do not respond in any manner and I must initiate an inquiry to a very simple accounting issue. They tell you as a stall tactic your information has been forwarded to their "specialists" which basically means they will not respond.

I have an entire email correspondence thread complete with the information they asked for 5 different times, along with a response yesterday they never received any attachments. I have been polite and courteous the entire time and I would be grateful if somebody could send me a PM so I can forward the email in question in its entirety. It is truly that mind-boggling and simply out of line.

This is from a long time customer with supposed VIP status who has gamed literally hundreds of thousands of US dollars with them.

I submitted the screenshots from my bank and my cell phone confirming the transaction literally five different times. Yesterday I even shared a link to a Google Drive link with all the information along with embedded images and attachments, so essential three copies of the relevant information.

I honestly do not know what would make any casino treat a good customer as a child with petty lies and stall tactics over a $25 USD transaction. It is truly an insult to one's intelligence that it takes six days to verify a $25 deposit. Attached to this complaint is a screenshot from my online bank, 1xbet transaction list, and screenshots from my cell phone confirming a withdraw that happened but was not credited.

I am sorry to bother anybody with this and I do not wish to sound harsh but obviously, this is very annoying and I am not one to complain. If I could forward the email exchanges to an Askgamblers email box I would be most grateful as this truly encapsulations this entire nightmare cat and mouse game.

Yes, I was finally able to get my deposit made on October 28th at 5:50 pm Thai time, today at around 5:30 pm. It is safe to say this whole experience was very undesirable.

I appreciate the fact this complaint here was most likely the cause of getting a resolution to this matter. After this experience, I don't think I'll be gaming with 1xbet for a while. I am just being honest as I had sent the same information over and over 14 different times. Then wait 12 to 24 hours only to be told to submit the same documents or that they never received the attachments.

This annoying and mindless scenario repeated itself for 7 days which leads me to a very simple question. Why would any company do this to a VIP customer who has been a loyal customer for a substantial amount of time? I believe this is a fair and rational question.

I have complete documentation of the entire painful incident that outlines and verifies everything I have stated here to be categorically correct, incontrovertible, and without deception.

Needless to say, I lost the deposit I finally did receive but I knew I would as this entire episode left a bad taste in my mouth. Gaming for me is supposed to be fun and this made that notion impossible.

In conclusion, I never received an apology or recognition, which speaks volumes to me being a long time business owner myself. I would like to thank Askgamblers for providing this invaluable service to its members.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
