Waiting 6 Days For A Simple Deposit
I could go on for multiple paragraphs on this issue as it is simply and merry go round of lies. The 1xbet customer service blatantly lies asking for the same information over and over. Then after a few days of this nightmare, they tell you they never received any email attachments.
On top of all of this, they simply do not respond in any manner and I must initiate an inquiry to a very simple accounting issue. They tell you as a stall tactic your information has been forwarded to their "specialists" which basically means they will not respond.
I have an entire email correspondence thread complete with the information they asked for 5 different times, along with a response yesterday they never received any attachments. I have been polite and courteous the entire time and I would be grateful if somebody could send me a PM so I can forward the email in question in its entirety. It is truly that mind-boggling and simply out of line.
This is from a long time customer with supposed VIP status who has gamed literally hundreds of thousands of US dollars with them.
I submitted the screenshots from my bank and my cell phone confirming the transaction literally five different times. Yesterday I even shared a link to a Google Drive link with all the information along with embedded images and attachments, so essential three copies of the relevant information.
I honestly do not know what would make any casino treat a good customer as a child with petty lies and stall tactics over a $25 USD transaction. It is truly an insult to one's intelligence that it takes six days to verify a $25 deposit. Attached to this complaint is a screenshot from my online bank, 1xbet transaction list, and screenshots from my cell phone confirming a withdraw that happened but was not credited.
I am sorry to bother anybody with this and I do not wish to sound harsh but obviously, this is very annoying and I am not one to complain. If I could forward the email exchanges to an Askgamblers email box I would be most grateful as this truly encapsulations this entire nightmare cat and mouse game.
