I made withdrawal on my account dated 04/18/2021 amounting to 1,735.15 PHP thru mastercard. My bank confirmed not receiving any fund from Bonnal Ltd. starting on April 18, 2021 up until April 30, 2021. One more thing whenever I click on the mastercard logo it is not giving me an option to change the card details. The reason I still choose to push thru with the withdrawal using card ending 6953. I did not receive my payout money and up until now, it remains unresolved. It's been 14 days. Notification was sent to them thru email for 14 days now but they just giving me flimsy reason. All they are telling me is to wait, specialist working on it for like 2 weeks now.
I want my money back. I hope they will give me some consideration since I am an avid user of their platform.
