I am filing this complaint because 1xBet is repeatedly rejecting official, notarized, and translated medical certificates without providing any specific legal reason.I have submitted documents from the National Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction of Georgia, which is the highest state authority in my country. These certificates officially confirm that I am not on any psychiatric or narcological registry, proving the absence of gambling addictionAll documents clearly show < personal info removed >. They are notarized and translated into English. Despite fulfilling all legal requirements, I receive only automated rejections. I demand a manual review of my documents and the release of my funds.

The decision regarding your account and balance was made strictly in accordance with the platform Terms and Conditions related to multiple account registration and security policy violations. After the investigation and recalculation process, the balance on the related accounts became zero following the annulment of winnings.

The casino's 'recalculation' logic is completely fraudulent and a violation of basic fair gaming standards.First, my previous withdrawals belonged to entirely separate, completed, and closed historic gaming sessions. You cannot retroactively combine past independent sessions with a current active session just to avoid paying out a new win or to justify confiscating a current deposit. Every single deposit represents a new and separate contract for service.Second, your official support team explicitly confirmed in writing that my initial deposits from this blocked session would be refunded. You cannot state in an official email that funds will be returned, and then completely change your stance on a public forum by claiming the balance magically became 'zero' through retroactive math.If you close my account and refuse to pay winnings based on your internal rules, you are legally obligated to return the specific deposits made for that session. Keeping both the winnings and the deposits while using past history as an excuse is theft. The international Chargeback dispute with my bank remains fully active!

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
