On March 14, 2025, I made a deposit of 25,900 into my 1xBet account. After a long delay and repeated communication with their support team, the amount was finally credited to my account on May 5, 2025, nearly two months later.
However, I was shocked to find that 20,000 was deducted from my balance without any explanation or valid reason. I have tried contacting their support team several times for clarification, but have received no clear or satisfactory response.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me recover the amount that was unfairly deducted. I also seek assurance that my rights as a user are respected.

According to our investigation, you made a payment of 25,900, which exceeded the permitted deposit limit of 20,000. Unfortunately, this action was not in line with the deposit instructions and limits outlined on our platform. Initially, you created a request for 20,000, which was approved. Later, you submitted another request for the remaining 5,900.
After approximately two months, you contacted our team claiming that only 20,000 had been credited to your account. Upon further review, we found that the initial request for 20,000 had been canceled and replaced with a new single request for the full amount of 25,900, which was subsequently approved.
As a result of these adjustments, the total amount credited to your account was 25,900, and you also received an additional 5,900 from the earlier request — meaning the total credited amount was 31,800.
We understand this situation may have caused confusion, but we kindly note that the issue stemmed from not following the standard deposit limits. We appreciate your cooperation during the investigation and hope this explanation provides clarity.
