Uncredited Bank Transfer Deposit of 235,000 TRY - 17 Days Delay
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against 1xBet because a significant deposit I made has not been credited to my account for 17 days.
> On [May 10, 2026], I initiated a bank transfer deposit of 235,000 TRY to the account details provided by 1xBet. The transfer was made via Enpara to the specific recipient name provided by the platform (Uğur Balaman).
The funds were successfully deducted from my bank account. However, despite 17 days passing, the amount has neither been credited to my 1xBet casino balance nor returned to my bank account. I have reached out to their customer support team multiple times and created several tickets. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic responses stating that the relevant department is "checking" the issue, with no actual resolution or timeframe provided.
Waiting 17 days for a deposit to be processed is completely unacceptable. I have attached all the necessary documents proving the successful transaction. I kindly request your assistance in pushing 1xBet to either credit the 235,000 TRY to my account immediately or refund the full amount back to my bank account.

I can finally confirm that the funds have been successfully credited to my account. I am marking this complaint as resolved.
However, I must express my deep disappointment regarding this entire process. A simple deposit issue from May 10th turned into an exhausting struggle that took nearly 40 days to resolve. Being forced to wait over a month, dealing with constant automated replies from support, and experiencing this level of unnecessary stress for my own rightful money is completely unacceptable. It should never take this long to verify and credit a transaction.
Despite the unacceptable delay, I do want to thank the 1xBet finance team for finally resolving the issue and crediting my balance.
I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to the AskGamblers team. Your platform and oversight were crucial; without your presence, I highly doubt this issue would have been resolved even today.

Please note that not only did I just resubmit all of these requested files through the 1xBet internal ticket system, but I am also officially uploading all of them directly to this AskGamblers thread right now.
Attached to this very reply, you will find:
1. The full official bank statement up to today, June 17th.
2. The specially filtered bank statement showing only transactions over 200,000 TL.
3. The official bank receipt (dekont).
Everything your finance department and the payment provider could possibly need is now directly attached here on AskGamblers for full transparency, as well as on your own internal system.

* Date and Time: May 10th, around 21:50.
* Amount to Search: 235,000 TL. (Please strictly instruct them to also check for round numbers near this amount, such as exactly 230,000 TL).
* The Core Issue: It is highly likely that my deposit was automatically rejected by the system and fell into the unmatched pool that day due to an amount mismatch (a difference between the exact amount I requested on the website and the 235,000 TL I actually transferred).
Furthermore, I want to inform AskGamblers that yesterday, 1xBet requested a bank statement yet again via their internal ticket system. To completely eliminate any possible excuses regarding "missing documents," I have over-complied and uploaded the following to their system:
1. A full, official bank statement covering all transactions up to today, June 17th (Proving the funds never bounced back).
2. A specially filtered bank statement showing only transactions of 200,000 TL and above (Making the 235,000 TL transfer impossible to miss for the finance team).
3. The specific, official transaction receipt (dekont) directly downloaded from the banking app.
I am attaching a screenshot to this reply as proof that all of these documents have been successfully uploaded and delivered via the 1xBet ticket system.
Finally, I must point out to AskGamblers that despite this entire ordeal, 1xBet still hasn't provided a single piece of evidence or internal correspondence showing that they are actually communicating with this "payment provider." At this point, I don't even know what to say anymore, and I completely fail to understand what you are trying to do or why you are dragging this out.
Despite all of this, as a long-time user of 1xBet, I am still trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. I have provided absolutely every single piece of evidence and proof requested from me to resolve this issue.
