Trying to withdraw for more than three weeks
I am submitting this complaint against 1xBet regarding the unjustified withholding of my funds and an excessively long account verification process.
For more than three weeks, I have been trying to withdraw a balance of $97 USD. Since then, my account has been under verification.
I have fully complied with all requested requirements multiple times, including:
- ID document
- Selfie verification
- Deposit receipts
- Bank statement (latest available)
Despite providing all the requested documents, I continue to receive only automated responses with no clear explanation, no specific status, and no estimated timeframe for resolution.
Important points:
- All deposits were made legitimately through an authorised agent using multiple small transactions.
- All requested documents have been submitted correctly.
- There are no pending requirements from my side.
Current situation:
- My withdrawal is still blocked
- My account verification has not been completed
- I receive repetitive automated responses
- No clear resolution or timeline has been provided
This situation constitutes an unjustified withholding of funds and poor customer support.
I kindly request:
1. Immediate completion of my account verification
2. Immediate release of my funds
3. A clear and non-automated response regarding my case
