On 20th April I added 4900rs transaction was successful from my side but wasn't added in my account. Shared screenshots and passbook for the same a lot of times but didn't get any resolution till today it's day 18
On 29 April I added 1500 and 400rs payment was successful from my side but didn't show in my account shared screenshots for the same on email no resolution till today
Today on 8 may I added 4000rs. The transaction was successful and money was not added again into my gaming account shared the screenshots for the same on the customer support email.
Please help me with it.
