I created an account on 1xbet and I deposited 1000 and 1000 USD and started playing but when I tried to withdraw the funds my withdrawal request was declined, I spoke to customer service they asked for documents for account verification I sent all the documents

Next, they asked for a selfie with my National ID and the mobile phone from which the email conversation took place. Finally, they asked for a geolocation photo. I provided all the documents, but I haven't received a reply from the casino. I am still unable to withdraw. I spoke to customer support, but they haven't provided a solution. Please help me

I had sent all my documents but I did not receive any email or reply from 1xbet after 6th June. Then today on 26th June I emailed 1xbet and I received an email from them asking me to send my ID and mobile photo along with it. I sent it. I had sent the photo earlier as well. Again they are asking for documents and my withdrawal is still not being processed. I am being harassed deliberately.
